Image Measurement Guide
Use Kakobuy QC photos to judge whether item measurements are close enough before shipping.
Request ruler photos
Ask Kakobuy warehouse for ruler-aligned length, width, chest, waist or outsole shots.
Compare to size chart
Allow normal garment variance, but flag differences that exceed your tolerance.
Check photo angle
Measurements are less reliable when the ruler is tilted, folded fabric is uneven, or the camera is far away.
Shoes measurement template
- Insole length with ruler flat inside shoe
- Outsole length from heel to toe
- Heel height and box condition if shipping with box
Clothing measurement template
- Chest width pit-to-pit
- Shoulder width seam-to-seam
- Sleeve length and back length on flat garment
Bags measurement template
- Width, height and depth with bag filled naturally
- Strap drop length
- Hardware/logo close-up beside measurement photo
Copyable retake photo checklist
Send this to support when QC angles are unclear or the ruler is not readable.
- Please add a ruler photo for the main length measurement.
- Please add a close-up photo of the size tag or label.
- Please retake the measurement with the ruler flat and fully visible.
- Please photograph both sides/angles if the item looks uneven or folded.
For clothing, compare chest, shoulder, sleeve and length. For shoes, prioritize insole/outsole measurement and EU/CM conversion. If photos are unclear, request another QC angle before approving.
